Also eliminated portfolio inspection error rate and deficit.

Tasked to increase performance and results for Internet Sales Department for one of Northern California volume leaders in BMW sales, and Sonic Automotive Inc. Premier dealerships.

Trained and coached both associates, and middle management dealership personnel Provided direct executive feedback on dealership culture, operations and facilities through observation and audit. Collaborated with training team and executives in projects, resulting in several corporate wide changes to on boarding, and middle management job duties.

Setup, serviced and built rental business. Regional Rentals of high line custom American motorcycles. Designed uniquely custom bikes that were reliable rentals. Resulting sales grew by 100% over a three year period. Nearly all sales personnel went on to management positions within the industry, or independent businesses. While duties of training and motivation were shared by three to four Assistant Managers at this store, as position matured, I became the primary trainer.
