• As Chief Governance Officer and Senior Advisor for the WSCC I was a member of the Senior Management Team. • I served a dual role, reporting directly to the President & CEO as Senior Advisor and the Chairperson of the Governance Council [board of directors] as the Chief Governance Officer. It was my responsibility to ensure direction was communicated through the organization and ensure everyone has the resources and information they need to meet the requirements of these senior officials.

Publications include the WSCC Policy Manual and Codes of Practice. Development of these publications requires • initial research • environmental scans • stakeholder engagement which may include but is not limited to questionnaires and focus groups, and • analysis and recommendations for decision makers when setting organizational standards within the legislative framework.• Prioritize work on a daily basis, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of short and long-term projects.
