• Develop and maintain databases of programs, initiatives and vendors through a proprietary CRM database. Develop, implement, conduct, document, and report results of program audit techniques required to ensure accuracy.
• Update and review of forecasting models for expense and staffing management.
• R&D, providing business requirements, intensive testing, creating procedures and successful implementation of underwriting projects, providing training and audits using JIRA for UAT regression testing.
