Contacted the appropriate department at the relevant LeFrak property when an attorney requested maintenance records, employee records, certificates of insurance, security footage or other documentation relating to a lawsuit, reviewed that documentation to verify its accuracy, and forwarded it to the attorney. Entered into the Insurance System annual renewals for insurance policies covering the various properties for liability, flood, etc. Prepared monthly Excel spreadsheets based on the invoices sent by law firms, as well as spreadsheets concerning such matters as repair work related to Hurricane Sandy. -
