Hello, My name is Benjamin Herr.I have been in retail leadership for 20+ years. I started the journey looking for a job to get me through college and I ended up finding a career. I quickly realized that my passion for business, working with people and a competitive side helped me quickly move up through the ranks and get the opportunities to run my own store in multiple locations. A little bit about me:I utilize all strengths in order to drive successful business metrics. Through out my years of retail I have been able to not only learn from my own experiences but also from my fellow peers. I have taken a lot from other leaders that I have worked with and for and been able to create my own style which has created the success that I have accomplished today. Without learning from other great leaders I would not be where I am today!I am a very compassionate leader that focuses directly on my direct reports and builds strong and effective teams. I have been in retail for all of my life and have a strong passion for people and leading a successful business.I am able to focus on the importance of setting a strong foundation and leading by example with the expectation of success.I am a leader that has built a strong team in every location that I have taken over and have built a resume that is focused on being a district manager.Through out the last few years I have been able to also expand my horizons through taking on other important stretch assignments for our market and territory. Through a strong LinkedIn presence I have been able to help recruit multiple leaders in our surrounding markets. I have helped to interview hundreds of candidates and hire for multiple leadership positions through out our market and territory.
