Assisted the Network Administrator in setting up, troubleshooting and doing routine maintenance of the network infrastructure and connected equipment. This work included: assembling computers and servers, troubleshooting network outages and related issues, ordering and installing new equipment, working with contractors and dealing with customers (both internal and external).
