Since graduating from High School in 2005 I've filled numerous positions across multiple industries and demonstrated my ability to form professional connections with diverse clients. From being a Tier 1 phone representative in customer service to helping develop robust support policies for new and emerging industries, training colleagues in advanced technical or support-related skills, providing a critical point of contact and advocacy for individuals reporting service-related trauma, quality assurance auditing in Center of Excellence locations, identifying trends in customer contact, and even managing my own team of support representatives.I'm eager to apply my broad skill set to future challenges.
