I have been working as a Registered Kinesiologist since graduating with a Bachelors of Kinesiologist in 2020. Foremost, I am a positive and encouraging person who loves to see their clients make progress. What I like most about my current job at CORE Fitness and Rehab is the opportunity to help my clients make fitness or physical rehabilitation goals and then motivate them to achieve them. It is important to me that I do whatever I can to assist them with their injuries, including staying up to date on effective treatments. I am competent at performing both exercise and posture assessments. After performing an assessment, I can make a research based training program to improve the clients condition through resistance and cardiovascular exercise. Additionally, peers and clients have informed me that I have excellent communication skills which helps me to instruct and encourage others. In addition, I am able to work independently in regards to making progressive programs and scheduling clients
