- Chief Investment Officer's ("CIO") Operational right-hand man- Designing the "Strategic Plan" of the Investment Department- Defining, organizing and monitoring of projects related to the Investment Teams' operations (mostly managed through collaborative-participatory approach and tools)- Coordinating and implementing CIO and Group Investment Committee's decisions- Support the Committee in supervising and monitoring the Group Investment Practices- Link between the Investment Teams, the Management and all the support departments of the Group

Management and supervision of cross-functionnal projects approved by the Group Executive Committee. The diversity of projects requires a deep understanding of all departments and functions (Asset Management, Compliance, Finance, HR, Marketing, ....) and Group entities (8 entities spread over 4 continents). Examples of cross-functionnal projects managed:- Creation and implementation of the Group Intranet- Creation and operational seutp of an U.S. entity (based in Boston) including: choice of the Corporate status, acquisition of Business Licences, setup of Administrative, Financial and HR operations (Financials flows, accounting, audit, regulation oversight, taxes, HR, etc...)- Creation of the Group centralized trading platform in Dublin- Creation and implementation of the Group Transfer Pricing policy (financials flows across entities worldwide) in accordance with the local tax regulations and OECD Principles

- Supervising and monitoring of the Japanese entity operations. In charge of Strategy supervision, Financial and Operational audit and HR activities (staff evaluation and remuneration, recruitment process, etc...)- Coordinating Japanese business with all the others Comgest entities worldwide

- In charge of ensuring optimized communication between the Japanese entity and the other entities of the Group worldwide- Supervising and strenghtening of the Japanese business and operations- Implementing the Group operations standards within the Japanse entity
