Examples of cross-functionnal projects managed:- Creation and implementation of the Group Intranet- Creation and operational seutp of an U.S. entity (based in Boston) including: choice of the Corporate status, acquisition of Business Licences, setup of Administrative, Financial and HR operations (Financials flows, accounting, audit, regulation oversight, taxes, HR, etc...)- Creation of the Group centralized trading platform in Dublin- Creation and implementation of the Group Transfer Pricing policy (financials flows across entities worldwide) in accordance with the local tax regulations and OECD Principles
