 Manage 50+ client relationships (400+ active accounts) with a total market value of over$17.5 billion. Work closely with assigned internal customers (Relationship Manager, Account Analyst, Team Leader, Asset Maintenance, Corporate Actions, Income/Mutual Fund Unit, and Fund Accounting) to ensure accounts are properly administered in accordance with all.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize work according to schedule.
• Ensures high quality customer service by researching and responding to customer's issues.
• Contacts appropriate management to resolve problems and keeps management informed of status or issues.
• Monitor incoming directives and accurately process requested transactions within established deadlines.
• Communicates with clients, investment managers and internal departments and/or other outside vedors to ensure that all account activity is posted in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor account balances/activity and initiate actions to ensure accounts are in full compliance with established guidelines. Research, resolve and document all excess/overdraft cash situations.
