Along with the skills learned in previous positions with American Eagle, this position has solidified the training; loss prevention, merchandising, operations, talent management and business management. These skills coincide with running daily business, payroll, assisting the management team, customer service, etc.

Creating an effective and organized stockroom that would allow for easy flow of processed product. Stock Lead would also assist with monthly floorsets, which would bring updated product to the sales floor while assisting the Merchandising Manager. This position would also be responsible for managing all stock associates and ensuring product replenishment was finished in time allotted per corporate standards.

Duties including, but are not limited too, the following:.-Event coordination-Liaison for outside contacts regarding recruitment, trainings and events.-Maintaining calendar invites for senior-level meetings and trainings.-Graphic designing for corporate or building logos, announcements, publications or marketing.-AP writing for company-wide stories or announcements.

As a Sales Lead with American Eagle, I was a part of the management staff. Duties with this position included, but were not limited to:-Driving sales for all associates while responsible for average dollar sales and store conversion.-Provide a positive, effective communication and interaction amongst staff and customers.-Help obtain and excel past company-set standards.-Marketing and customer awareness.-Finishing daily reports with book-keeping and payroll.-Opening and closing the store.-Counting registers.While in this position, I was also a member of the Greater Omaha area that would move to different stores to fill-in for positions that were open in other Omaha stores or if managers where on PTO for extended periods of time. In this time, I would train other on-boarding associates as well as shadow on-boarding Sales Leads in assisting them with learned duties and processes.

Keeping the backroom and stock in order. If items needed to be filled on the floor, I would assist in doing so. I was also required to stay after hours to return replenish the sales floor. I was a direct report to the Merchandising Manger.

University Of Nebraska At Omaha

Director of Finance was responsible for all financial transactions and operations for the campus activity board run by students of the university. The DOF would have contact with all outside parties pertaining to events held by the organization, approve or deny budget cuts or increases, and keep a detailed spreadsheet of all invoices that were created for each event.
