Additionally, I was also responsible for establishing the connection between the frontend application and our backend through configuration.3. Internal testing phase:Following the technical implementation, my team and I conduct an internal testing phase to ensure the app's functionality and performance meet our standards.4. Beta testing with the country:After successfully completing the internal testing, we proceed to a beta testing phase with a group of approximately 10 individuals from the respective country. Over a two-week period, we provide support and guidance as they test the app's features and evaluate the overall customer journey.Final deployment:Once the app has undergone rigorous testing and refinement, we organize an event with the country's leader to launch the app and celebrate its release.By following this structured approach, we ensure a smooth and successful deployment process, resulting in the successful launch of the app in each country. In response, SNCF launched the ORP program to transform its existing monolithic system into more efficient applications.As part of a 15-member team, my role was to develop ORP AGENT, a platform dedicated to employee management.

Developed a platform to identify the optimal available incentives for energy transition in France. Implemented an automated calculation algorithm that incorporates the latest published rates through the utilization of various government APIs. The platform was developed using Angular/NodeJS and hosted on Firebase (cloud functions) and Vercel.

I managed IT assets for 50 shops and 400+ employees, handling firewall, telephony, end-devices, and remote access. Collaborated with the network admin to upgrade infrastructure with MPLS for improved efficiency and reliability.
