Having worked years within the healthcare industry, Ben has seen that the existing current business models of the industry are not aimed at increasing the quality of care across our society but rather decreasing care. Ben is a Management Consultant who helps global clients with complex operational business challenges and collaboratively works with them to create solutions ranging from developing multi-year strategic program roadmaps to managing teams through project implementation/execution phases. He specializes in business assessments, creating business cases, and engaging in client strategy discussions. Ben understands end-to-end supply chain processes and the upstream/downstream impact specific changes can have to the supplier/customer and business. Although his background is lean and process improvement focused, Ben has experience in systems implementation and the impact it has on operations. He has been a project manager for various client workstreams, managed global internal and client teams through execution phases (including US/CA, South America, Europe, and Asia), and interacted with multiple high visible global stakeholders to report out on deliverables.As the focus for supply chain & operations is shifting towards a more global and consumer-centric strategy, Ben has the experience and understanding of the high cross-functional and cross-company complexities that have interdependencies across marketing/sales, supply chain, and customer care. Ben works cross-industry leveraging best practices and broad knowledge from industries including Consumer Products, Chemicals, Electronic/High Tech, Retail, Automotive, Construction, and Insurance
