Oversees the audit functions of the audit firm. He is the head of Finance and Administration of the firm. Liaises with clients, government agencies and other parastatals like FIRS, Eko Electricity Power Distribution Company and other agencies on behalf of the firm. Ensures effective functioning of all facilities of the entity; Co-ordinates on daily basis, the work performance of subordinates working under him; oversees all the training programmes of the entity.

Mr Ibe personally oversees all the day-to-day activities that went on in the organization - one of the foremost ICAN tuition houses in Nigeria. Mr Ibe engaged in all administrative, managerial, corporate governance functions, acted as a liaison officer on behalf of the organization. represented the organization in all dealings with other stakeholders and all government agencies, reported to the board of directors at quarterly, semi-annually and annually all the activities that took place in the organization, including preparation, analysis and presentation of the monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually the financial position and financial performance of the organization; liaised with external auditors during the audit process and works; participated in annual general board meetings where he presented reports on the organization’s performance over the reporting period and also presentation of budgets for the subsequent year.
