He also analyzes new products and designs to provide clients with patentability and clearance research and analysis. Ben's representation of clients in litigation and administrative proceedings at the USPTO, such as trademark and cancellation proceedings, provides a background to advise clients in intellectual property risk management. When legal conflicts do develop, he is experienced in resolving these conflicts through licensing and other business agreements.He is experienced in medical technology, specifically with mechanical therapy devices such as ventilators, electrical patient monitoring systems such as electrocardiography, and software-implemented imaging, data analysis, and communication systems. He also has experience in a variety of other electrical, software, and mechanical technologies. Electrical technologies include electrical sensors and laboratory equipment. Software technologies include voice recognition, video processing, and telecommunication. Mechanical technologies include orthodontics, water filtration, automotive accessories, and hydrocarbon extraction.
