In my nine years of working for O'Brien Autogroup I have worked in several positions. Starting at Lexus of Bellevue in 2006 my primary duty was writing service. Starting in 2007 I was promoted to Parts and Service Director at a new franchise. This with my mechanical background allowed me manage this location with a very limited staff. This was a build from the ground up location that had me involved with not only building a complete parts inventory and manual input into Reynolds but also learning a whole new vehicle from the ground up.After 5 years of running this location a second high end electric vehicle was introduced to our branding. This once again allowed me work with a brand that was building from the ground up and allowed my to also expand my knowledge into hybrid technology from a mechanics viewpoint as this was a very low volume vehicle at this time I worked every position from mechanic to sales with a small staff.After 2 years I was relocated back to our Lexus Dealership where I currently write service maintaining a high hours per RO and currently 7 months into calendar year 2015 hold the highest CSI rating out of 15 advisors.

Started working at Lithia Autogroup working as a dispatcher at a Renton based store. After working for a short time I was also working as a assistant service manager and was key in working toward getting this store to 5 star certified.I was then given the chance to work in a corporate position working as a regional position where it was my responsibility to go into multiple dealerships and monitor day to day operation and assist in the training and further growth of the service departments.
