As a member of the health sciences team, I conduct research and deep diligence to support fund investment in biotechnology companies. My postdoctoral research in the Johns Hopkins Drug Discovery Center I researched and tested novel neurotherapeutics for a range of disorders from neuroinflammation to Alzheimer's Disease. I completed my PhD research in the lab of Dr. Mark Wu, where I developed and applied behavioral and molecular neuroscience approaches to identify novel pathways through which the circadian rhythm regulates sleep and arousal. In addition to my research, I write scientific articles for general and lay audiences, highlighting exciting and controversial new research in a variety of disciplines.
