I am currently serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for PA5031, Statistics for Public Affairs. In my role, I support course instruction by hosting office hours, grading assignments, and co-teaching weekly lab sections. My weekly lab instruction focuses on providing graduate students with the basic skills to utilize Stata 18 software for data analysis and research. For the Spring 2025 semester, I will be serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for PA5012, The Politics of Public Affairs.

As a part of my global public policy studies at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, I worked at Almaty Management University’s Technology Commercialization Center (TCC) during the Summer semester. I conducted market research for intellectual property emerging from the academic sector in Kazakhstan. My work for the TCC supported the development of the domestic investment space for home-grown technology, as well as the more substantial vision of working to further diversify Kazakhstan’s economy.

In my role as Activities and STEM Director, I am responsible for supporting a range of council-level volunteer committees that facilitate events and activities across Northern Star Scouting's territory. Presently, I directly support the Activities and Civic Service, STEM, and International Committees, alongside my duties as the Staff Adviser to the local Order of the Arrow Lodge (Scouting's National Honor Society).

Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

Served as a Senior District Executive with the Northern Star Council of the Boy Scouts of America. As a member of the field operations staff, was tasked with recruiting, training, and supporting adult volunteers, in addition to working with community leaders and resources to rally public support for the local Scouting program within multiple geographic territory.

Mountain Trek Rangers are responsible for training assigned backpacking crews as they enter the backcountry at Philmont Scout Ranch. Associated skills included land navigation, first-aid, emergency procedures, backpacking proficiency, and the ability to accurately and clearly present necessary procedures to participants.

South Haven, Mn

During two camping seasons was responsible for the development and management of the Learning Experience Activity Program. The objective of L.E.A.P. was to show scouts the benefits of teamwork, and to demonstrate how it could help them become better Scouts through cooperation and inclusion. The objective of the program was to provide Scouts with the familiarity of working in a patrol like situation to accomplish a task; to ensure that the group underwent and recognized certain stages (the Stages of Team Development) that all groups endure as they work together and how to navigate situations as they arose.
