I led a group of 60 awesome individuals who manage two MGAs, servicing approximately 20,000 auto policies in Texas and about 10,000 homeowners policies and Texas and Florida. We performed a full range of insurance company activities, including pricing, underwriting, customer service, and claims.

In this role I supervised 600 amazing people who managed 200,000 policies of auto and homeowners insurance. During my time there, we performed two systems conversions, launched a homeowners program, and revamped our techniques related to special investigations. I am particularly proud of a fraud algorithm we developed related to no-fault PIP.

I worked with a great group of people. Some of our highlights including developing some successful tools for profiling physicians and clinics, fraud detection, and automation of underwriting. I also performed enterprise risk management. I am particularly proud of an algorithm we developed to predict physician outcomes and the way we were able to use this.
