Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of PENTA ESP, I’m a French business professional with over 7 years of experience working in the United States. I was brought to the United States to establish and build PENTA ESP’s North American subsidiary, as well as lead the American products' influence for the group HQ's international strategy (ASTM). Our parent company, NOVARC Safety, is comprised of over 1,000 employees and is a leader in electrical safety products manufacturing. Based on over 70 years of experience, NOVARC made a commitment to electrical workers to design and manufacture the highest quality tools to protect the people and network. In leading this startup organization, I have gained invaluable experiences in business development, corporate strategy, team building, sales and management, among other things. Before being hired to start PENTA ESP, I worked on the development and launch of a new range of products in the construction industry, that are still used today. Prior to starting my professional career, I had the opportunity to take a gap year, traveling through numerous countries and experiencing many different cultures. Some of my personal interests include traveling, time with friends and family, cooking, fine dining experiences, wine, culture and science, news, running, and international sports.
