While pursuing my college education, I am looking for ways to better myself through work experiences that can help in the transition to a full time career. I value hard work and positive social interaction, and with this I demonstrate my dependability and flexibility. I know that in order to accomplish my goals, I need a clear head and attention to the task at hand. My academic interests involve the pursuit of understanding the way in which to design a process or product as well as bettering my problem solving skills. I have a passion for things of the electrical nature and also the mechanical nature. Therefore critical thinking and innovation are skills in which I have practice in and I look to express in various opportunities. I pride myself in the ability to quickly learn how to perform tasks. As well as possessing manual and intellectual qualities, interaction with others has always been a strong suit for me. I know that proper communication with people is an imperative characteristic for a successful and helpful person, and therefore I strive for proper and helpful communication with all. Fixing anything- from phones to computers to houses to cars- is my passion. I am interested in designing products that enable better work such as improved tools as well as long lasting products that are quality and do not require fixing. This is the reason that I a pursuing a degree in engineering. I enjoy using my ability to fix things to aid others and my community to give back to those who have helped me. The motivations for my work ethic are to help those that are less fortunate and to better the community. Any new skill that I can learn is one that I can apply in the future. Working and interacting with others is something that I enjoy doing and hope to do throughout my whole career. I am passionate about helping others and wish to incorporate this into my career as much as possible.
