Assessing whether Constellation Consulting has the internal capacity and resources to submit a proposal for specific project(s) that have been identified as of interest. Researching and identifying appropriate funding sources to pursue for projects of interest to Constellation Consulting. Assisting as part of the grant writing team to submit complete and competitive proposals to appropriate funding sources in order to gather resources for projects of interest.
