• Leads and supports proposal capture, development, and submission for USAID and DOS proposals in the roles of Proposal Manager, Personnel/Management Section Writer, Budgeter, Assistant Proposal Manager, Recruiter, Subcontractor Liaison, and Editor. In 2020, I worked on and supported 17 different proposals for a combined value of $149 million and, in 2019, I worked on 14 different proposals for a combined value of about $95 million.• Proposal topics I have worked on include private sector engagement, countering violent extremism, M&E, good governance, economic growth, women’s empowerment, innovation, and sustainable energy. I have also contributed as an editor technical drafts, as well as for proposal final production.• Manager for the USAID/Liberia Youth Advance project. This includes leading/co-leading project management, financial forecasting, and the completion of technical deliverables. I also co-lead an two week Rapid Partnership Appraisal (RPA) in Liberia. During this RPA, we met with dozens of government, INGO, and private sector stakeholders to determine potential partnerships between USAID and the private sector.
