Lead and manage multi discipline capital projects team to initiate, plan, execute and closeout Electrical and Instrumentation projects to improve safety, replace ageing infrastructure, and optimize plant operations and output through process automation.Liaise with relevant stake holders to seek out opportunities to continuously improve plant safety, reliability, and throughput to initiate projects from pre-feasibility stages to AFE development and approval from senior management. Then manage the execution phase, with a strong focus on safety, budget, schedule, and change management procedures. Projects have included High Voltage Substation buildings, switchgear, and transformer replacements. Low Voltage Motor Control Center Buildings, switchgear, VSD’s, PLC’s, SCADA feedback both inshore and offshore with automation and enhanced feedback to operator interfaces. Development of Hazop’s, JHA’s, Functional Descriptions, Citect Change documentation, SOP’s, calibration schedules, and switching sequences.
