We work with a number of property partners nationwide such as BT, Telereal Trillium, Landid and St Georges. My role sits between location scouting, location management and the acquisition of new locations and portfolio partnerships in London and surrounding counties.

The Inventory Hub provides property reports to the West London lettings industry and currently services four local independent agencies. As the principal clerk, I complete detailed condition reports for rental properties at the start and end of each tenancy to the specific requirements of the client, with each tailored report relying on meticulous attention to detail. The role sees a balance of negotiating with the requests of the client or property agent and face to face meetings and hand overs with tenants.

Connoco group is a young entrepreneurial business that covers the hospitality, ecommerce and property industries, achieving sales via various channels including eBay, Amazon and TheHairdrobe.com.In my role as senior manager I covered the ecommerce and property operations, dealing with key clients and overseeing online sales channels. I was tasked with coordinating orders and import shipments from Bangladesh, Hong Kong and China, and had managerial control over the teams located in these countries. My role also included the preparation of marketing material, launching new products into the UK wholesale retail market and overseeing in-house stock management.Connoco Group owned and managed a portfolio of 23 residential units and it was my responsibility to liaise with letting agents, housing officers, contractors and tenants to keep the portfolio at a profitable rate of occupancy at all times.During my contract with the company I assisted in the exponential growth of the ecommerce division and built and maintained a 95% occupancy rate across the property portfolio.

The Argus is Brighton and Hove’s largest daily publication with an incorporated property listings section. As property account manager, I was responsible for three property sections; The Argus residential (weekly property), The Brighton and Hove Leader (free weekly paper) and Sussex Society magazine (free monthly glossy). My responsibilities included; negotiating new business contracts, managing key client accounts and budgets, and designing bespoke copy layouts such as; “More for your money” and “Area spotlight”. In a struggling print advertising market, I exceeded my increasing monthly target and was successful in winning the new business incentive bonus on several occasions. We worked to tight weekly and monthly deadlines so organization and time management was key to my role.
