I am curious, a fast learner and think quickly on my feet. Constant improvement is my credo. To ambitiously take myself, my team and my company to the next level is very important to me. Due to being very social and extroverted I love to work with and around people,to be inspired and to inspire. I thrive on creative collaboration. Creativity and problem-solving give me energy and to share and mold ideas with other capable people often results in great solutions. This process is very life-giving to me. I understand strategy well and am very resourceful. Much of my knowledge is due to other great people who were willing to pass on what they learned. My skills are being refined by the people in my life, my managers, coworkers and friends. I am grateful for the amazing opportunities I have been given to work with great people and would like to pass that on wherever I am and whomever I work with.
