Benjamin Jarvis is currently the Executive Vice President – Wisconsin Operations with Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company (HOPCo). He is responsible for providing overall leadership to improve the effectiveness of Wisconsin’s clinic operations. Prior to coming to HOPCo, he worked as Administrator – Surgical Operations with SSM Health where he led operations for several surgical practices including: General and Pediatric Surgery, Plastic Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgery, ENT, Audiology, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Urology, Pain Management, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Hand and Upper Extremity, Podiatry, Anesthesia, and Trauma. Earlier responsibilities with SSM Health included serving as Director of Specialty Programs & Clinics for Musculoskeletal Services and as Manager of Surgical Operations. Previous to SSM Health, he worked as a Practice Manager for the NorthShore Orthopaedic Institute within the NorthShore University HealthSystem Medical Group. Mr. Jarvis completed an Administrative Fellowship at NorthShore University HealthSystem in July 2013. While earning his graduate degree, he worked as an Administrative Project Assistant in the Office of Transformation at Rush University Medical Center and for Rush Health in Chicago. Mr. Jarvis holds an undergraduate degree in Medical Microbiology & Immunology and Biology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, as well as a Master’s Degree in Health Systems Management from Rush University.
