-Led the Construction Management team for the Centennial Civic Center Park project, a regional destination park. At roughly $5 million dollars, this highly programmed 11-acre park is the largest single construction project the City has undertaken to date.-Designed and acted as Construction Manager for a 230-space interim parking lot expansion for Civic Center Park. This project went from concept to completion in roughly 6 weeks.-Reviewed Planning and CD submittals to ensure compliance with City Standards.-Updated and reformatted the City's 10 Year Capital Improvement Program document for 2010 & 2011.-Devised a new structure for the organization of Capital Improvement Program data so that the annual CIP document could be produced more quickly while simultaneously enhancing the content, clarity, and utility of the document.-Managed the Civic Center Energy Audit project from the initial investigation through the implementation of Energy Conservation Measures.-Led the Research Subcommittee of the City of Centennial ECO Team, a committee charged with increasing the efficiency and reducing the environmental impact of Civic Center operations.-Composed the annual Engineering Division Summary, a document that serves as a basis for reports generated for elected officials and the general public.-Worked with land use applicants to help them successfully implement their development projects-Communicated with Centennial citizens, providing technical information in response to their inquiries about City regulations, policies, practices, and activities.-Produced technical documents for multiple annexations.-Reviewed technical documents and coordinated the environmental investigation for a 100 acre open space acquisition.-Redesigned the Civic Center parking lot and the Vaughn St access to Arapahoe Rd to enhance their utility and produced the technical documents for their construction.
