Core focus areas include:- IT Monitoring and Management- ITIL processes and service definition- Integration with IT Service Management solutions

Responsible for the technical delivery of the project to build and deploy the next generation of Managed Services platform to be used globally by Dimension Data.Lead the technical delivery team, a geographically diverse virtual team consisting of members in North America, Europe, South Africa, and Australia

Responsibilities include the design, build, test, deployment, and support of the next generation operating architecture used by Dimension Data globally to deliver Managed Services

Technical Lead for the Managed Services Systems Team, responsible for the support, development, and enhancement of the systems used by Dimension Data to provision Managed Services to clients.

Operational role involved in the deployment of client devices into the Dimension Data network management systems. Responsible for the verification of devices for deployment and any required configuration changes during the transition/service establishment phases when bringing on new clients, and the associated troubleshooting and resolution of exceptions when deploying devices.
