The role of cabin crew has allowed me to continue to develop my understanding of operations associated with the day to day running of an airline. The requirement to maintain a high level of SOP's has placed me in a favourable position for when I take my first step onto the flight deck of a commercial airliner. Working at a World Host accredited airline has enabled me to build upon the excellent customer service skills developed in previous employment in order to ensure as an airline we exceed customer expectations. Working in a team of between 6-8 on the A320/21 aircraft has allowed me to develop my teamwork and communication skills both with other crew and passengers from different nationalities and diverse backgrounds.

A great deal of flexibility was required as well as understanding of changing needs and priorities. Whilst in the role I helped to deal with terminal evacuations, medical emergencies, baggage system failures as well as VIP passengers and customer complaints and conflicts.
