We continually strive to better ourselves to be able to support our customers in the best way we can.My responsibilities include:• Creating, managing and executing our technology roadmap• Aligning our technology portfolio with customer needs, and business priorities• Prioritize efficiently producing high quality products with minimal resources• Envision, architect, and design core product features that allow enterprise-level scalability within the limitations of Salesforce• Maintaining systems with security, compliance and best practices in mind• Evangelize new product enhancements and bug fixes to internal, customer, and partner audiences• Consult for customers, in both functional and technical capacities• Mentorship and guidance for technical solutions across all aspects of our business• Hiring and employee planning• Supporting our Customer Success team for product related issues

• Implements and maintains SaaS-based CRM/ERP tools NetSuite, and Salesforce• Integrates multiple systems in hybrid on-premise, cloud environments using Dell Boomi – JIRA, SuccessFactors, Concur, Wordpress, Delighted, Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, MS SQL Databases• Advanced working technical knowledge of NetSuite customization capabilities, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk• Well-versed in Dell Boomi configuration, the MDM platform, as well as custom error handling and automated testing• Practical experience using Salesforce APEX to build custom integrations to external systems• Built proven transaction integrations linking Salesforce CPQ to NetSuite in highly customized environments using Dell Boomi• Leads technical implementation by working closely with business needs and project timelines• Facilitates the gathering of business requirements and its translation into technical solutions

• Works in a team-based environment• Provides customer service by advising customers on appropriate parts• Responsible for maintaining inventory stock orders and bin locations• Responsible for fulfilling customer orders of varying size from wholesale customers to internal work orders• Responsible for prioritizing conflicting demands and workloads when liaising between service advisors, technicians, sales advisors, phone customers, and over-the-counter customers
