As the Senior Program Manager, Global Physical Security Vendors, I lead security equipment and vendor strategy related to portfolio, value creation and financial strategy, and key business transformation priorities. This is accomplished through competitive intelligence and deep dive analysis into market and technology developments. Partnered closely with finance, legal and procurement teams to ensure security strategies align with company goals, I collaborate with regional and cross-functional counterparts to address and resolve customer and operational issues through planning and managing budgets, input to infrastructure projects, supporting customer escalations, and applying industry knowledge and best practices.Additionally, my role is responsible to facilitate and maintain relationships between Equinix and vendors/partners, create standards for vendors, and find the best available vendors to meet the company's vision for future growth.
