Responsible for construction, maintenance, and troubleshooting of research instruments and equipment as well as organization and inventory control for the research laboratory. I designed and constructed Ultra-High vacuum (<1e-9 torr) and gas transfer systems, high heat optical ovens for Polarized 3He neutron spin filters, Magnetic coils, sensor arrays and wiring harnesses, High powered (class 4) laser systems, and many other projects. I also work directly with scientists, safety and operations, as well as other support personnel to assure experiments can be conducted without unexpected delays.
