I count my blessings daily and try whenever possible to help others see all the things we have to be grateful for. After 28yrs of lifting weights and training I realize the real strength is in our diligence and our ability to persevere when all seems lost. We are amazing creatures with unlimited ability and combined with our tenacity for love and compassion we truly can make the world a better place.
