I have various responsibilities for the company and my co-workers. The main focus of my employment position is customer service and satisfaction. I encourage the purchase of merchandise and instill confidence and comfort-ability in the customer.

At gold's gym I opened the gym at 4 am every morning and had some very important responsibilities. I turned on all the lights, machines and t.v.'s, I did locker room checks, I fixed machines, I took phone calls, payments, I set up appointments, I took questions, concerns, and kept track of all financial transactions and kept track of new members of the gym, guests of the gym and current members.

Customer Service Representative. I answered phones all day, helping customers with whatever, Plans, Bills, Tech, Financial, orders, information, whatever they needed.

As well as other designing merchandize, miscellaneous objects, and banners, I also assisted in creative design for small businesses.
