Engagements (not limited):-o Electricity Distribution Network Operator (UK) | Distribution Sourcing Lead - Led the development of the Delivery and Sourcing Strategy for key Distribution Capex, Connections and Opex related works across ED1. The categories of spend and sourcing event had a total associated spend of circa £1.4bn, over a defined period of time. Over 15% of cost savings could be potentially realised with an additional annual savings realised through continuous improvement initiatives targeting 1% p.a.o Electricity Distribution Network Operator (UK) | Procurement Operating Model SMA- Supported the client in the development of a new operating model for procurement.o Electricity Distribution Network Operator (UK) | Smart Grid Innovation Project Lead - Led the completion of the LV Network Template Project with the client and project Partners, focused on the analysis, overall project delivery and industry engagement. This phase of the project led the delivery of several industry position papers to Ofgem, DECC (now DBEIS), and the ENA. The findings of the project identified circa £400M in identified savings to customers.o Water Utility (UK) | Strategy Consultant - Led the analysis and identification of the optimum end to end smart metering, AMR meter installation to meter reading approach.
