Keeping the team performing to a high standard and making sure both locations are resourced addiquately to deliver positive outcomes for both shareholders and customers.This is a challenging and dynamic role spread across two branches operating in different business dynamics. I am proud to be leading a decent sized team of 20-30 passionate and dedicated staff, ranging from apprentices to department supervisors and managers.

Heading up the light commercial sales department. I focused mainly on B2B sales, with some small tenders and large residential quoting and project management.Being a small team, was responsible for dealing with customers, scheduling jobs, ordering equipment, recruiting staff, invoicing and despute resolution.A great oppertunity to grow a small team, and progress into my current role.

Throughout my time at McAlpine Hussmann I held a few roles, starting out as an electrician doing installs, then moving into a Refrigeration apprenticeship and then becoming a duel trade service technician. The role involved mainly commercial Refrigeration and air conditioning, with both installation and service components.this role required good customer relations, time management and technical skills.

An 8 year career vital various positions. starting as a new recruit in 2006 working through my electrical trade to become a registered electrician, and ending up running maintenence programs on Navy ships. This role had a strong focus on reliability, punctuality, adaptability and professionalism. At times I was responsible for the day to day work for up to 30 people, managing on call rosters and fleet maintenance.
