I have been a leader at schools with diverse populations throughout my career and am well-equipped to meet the needs of a wide variety of stakeholders. Through an intentional process of practiced functional empathy, organic and structured relationship building, and strict data protocols that help establish a collective team goal, I have been privileged to lead teams whose work has greatly benefited all students, families, and other professionals. My experience has taught me what it takes to help students and staff succeed and I am fully committed to that every day.
