- Works with franchisees and owners of large chain restaurants on a variety of different tasks that are vital to the opening of the businesses. - Market and sell Monmouth University to prospective students and families by creating various talking points detailing benefits of attending the University. Audience consists of one on one meetings to public speaking events with crowds ranging from 50-300 attendees. This includes College Nights/Trade Shows with networking events.- Successful territory management within a large geography of over 100 high schools in New York and New Jersey (Westchester, Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Ulster, Bergen Counties). Quickly forged strong long-term relationships with potential customers composed of high school administrators, students and parents. Continuously analyze data from each aspect of territory to achieve quota in 2021 and 2022.- Extensive customer service experience via phone and Zoom, often directed by senior leadership with specific actions per my skills.- Expertise in various financial options to keep Monmouth University at the top of each target students’ list. Scholarships, grants, endowments are part of each personal monetary discussion which developed my deep listening skills. Work with student athletes and their families during the early stages of the recruitment process and often liaise with Division I coaching staff.- Adept in managing the SLATE technical database which streamlines the entire college admission process. Review college applications while performing required analysis necessary to simplify transcripts for consistent consideration for admission into University.- Chosen to participate in the recruiting process for potential candidates for open positions within the department. This includes personal interviews, research and panel discussions.
