Responsible for supporting Financial Services work targeting smallholder farmers, within the agricultural sector. so as to achieve specific project targets, work closely with a cross functional teams to ensure delivery of financial services, project portfolio and initiatives. Use knowledge of agri-business and MFI (or similar financial services), as well as strategy, planning, sales & business development, marketing, training, and credit operations to drive Project performance

In charge of fostering regional growth through providing leadership to Branch managers. Liaison with other stakeholders internally and externally. Manage and track regional program budget Recruitment, Hiring, On-boarding, Support and Coaching of all Program staff within the region

Responsible for operational and financial performance of the region comprising of a number of branches. Working with senior departments and Branch managers. Role include budgets, quality, financial statements, hiring and training.

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations of a branch. Duties include hiring staff and heading the on-boarding and staff training process, building rapport with customers and the community, creating and implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales performance in efforts to achieve the financial targets of the branch.

Evaluate, authorize, or recommend approval of commercial credit loans. Advise borrowers on financial status and methods of payments. Collection analysts and loan underwriting.
