I am currently working a hybrid construction manager/project manager position while our program grows. I am very eager to grow within this company!Duties and Responsibilities:Plans, assigns, directs, and evaluates the work of a group of contractors and sub-contractors in connection with the construction activities effecting cellular sites.Prepares and organizes ordering of material for the construction/maintenance of cellular sites.Responsible to build sites on time and within budget.Directs/performs quality assurance/control audits of construction projects including planning, inspection, and scheduling.Inspects and reviews projects to monitor compliance with contracts, building and safety codes, and other regulations.Reviews construction projects and plans for such projects.Determines methods and procedures and provides appropriate recommendations for completion of work.Directs or obtains all necessary permits and licenses.Oversees the development of Construction Documents to include Scope of Work, Construction drawings tower drawing/engineering, Building permit applications, Power Applications and Close out documents.At times, meets with the general public to explain projects.Performs related duties as required.

I worked as a top hand and was moving into a Foreman role until the company decided the tower business was not for them. Responsibilities:• Oversee the daily operations at assigned sites.• Maintain daily paperwork required for the site and the crew.• Implement and follow through with job instructions provided by the Project Mgr.• Ensure the safety & quality control requirements at the site and of the crew.• Compile all site-specific closeout documentation required per job specifications.• Coordinate with customer representative for site related activities.• Provide leadership, guidance, and actively train/promote skills to crew members.• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with customer representatives.• Adhere to all company, industry and OSHA standards (quality & safety).• Comply with all company policies/procedures and OSHA (quality & safety) requirements.• Other duties as required
