The ELDP (Executive Leadership Development Program) was a two year intensive training program designed to develop future executives. Sixteen individuals were selected from the entire company to participate in the program. A variety of topics were covered, with the primary focus being leadership and communication. The group worked internally, as well as with outside consultants to address personnel, supply, economic, and technical issues facing the company and the industries it’s involved in. Graduates from the program have gone on to become Branch Mangers, Regional Vice Presidents, and Divisional Vice Presidents.

Implemented and conducted project management and controls, as well as executing quantity takeoff and analysis for both domestic and international construction projects. Responsibilities: maintaining accurate cost and revenue records, cost-coding invoices, processing craft timecards, and coordinating the monthly progress payment with the state maintaining submittal, RFI, and change-order logs, documentation distribution and control, writing submittals, letters, and RFIs, conducting project plan take-off and analysis (Areas of take-off encompass all Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) Divisions 1-16), amassing and organizing submittal and specification information, assisting in the conduction of project bids
