- Managing a portfolio for settlement of financial and physical transactions (AP & AR)- Liaise with counterparties should any discrepancies occur; provide explanations for any outstanding balances, tracking & solving disputes, managing aged debts unreconciled items, etc. - Ensuring funds are received and paid on time and accurately- Handling and solving external and internal queries- Generate customer invoices and supporting documentation- Forecasting accurate cash flows to Treasury to manage daily and weekly cash requirements

- Ensure that intercompany data is set up on time to support smooth trading transactions between the subsidiaries - Maintain the intercompany/transfer prices in SAP on a daily basis applying the adequate pricing method - Ensure the profit (margin rate) of the intercompany entities on the supply chain during the intercompany trading - Provide professional support and help with all intercompany process development initiatives and projects - Take an active part in improving the global intercompany tool and support issue resolution- Manage complex year-end price reset process - Investigate all the intercompany pricing related issues emerged at the markets side - Participate in the new intercompany pricing tool developements: SAP transaction modification projects, help in the testing of new features, preparing task notes and hold training sessions for the new joiners- Take part in the making of control assessments, running internal controls and help the work of internal and external auditors
