I have a proven track record of delivering value-added services, such as strategic planning, compliance support, wellness programs, and employee education. I have also successfully secured and managed multiple large accounts in various industries, increasing retention and satisfaction rates.In addition to my insurance career, I am also a Captain with the Huntington Fire Department, where I oversee the operations and training of over 100 volunteer firefighters. I am passionate about serving my community and leading by example. I have demonstrated skills in fire service management, interior firefighting, and event planning. I have also received several awards and recognitions for my outstanding performance and dedication.I graduated from University at Albany, SUNY with a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, which has helped me develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. I am always eager to learn new things and expand my knowledge. I am proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and I have a keen interest in STEM and education technology.
