NCAB 2019-onwards:Grow the solid organisation of NCAB by a clear focus on the customer to lead the German PCB market.Growing from 18 Mio EUR revenue in 2019 to 48 Mio.€ in 2023 in germany.Since 2022 responsibility for the european segment (CEE, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, UK, BeNeLux, Iberia, France) with 200 Mio.+ revenue.Involvement in 4 indirect acquisitions and 9 directly.Würth Elektronik CBT:Set up a forward supplier base in China for the purchasing of PCBs with highest quality and best costs. Define and find a supply chain including logistics operations to deliver these goods in shortest time, intime to the customer by lowest possible costs. Support the sales by customer visits and generate a suitable and clear marketing program and concept. Set up clear structures to run this international business with lowest risks and optimized interfaces.Full-Responsibility for teams in three locations in germany and one team in china.Further responsible for the international sales units in 8 EU and one US location incl. P&L responsibility.Additionally appointed as general manager of the HDI factory with responsibility for HR, sales, marketing and product management. NCAB Group Germany:Startup of the sales area North Germany for the NCAB Group.This covers the listing of potential customers, the strategic grading by possible revuenue and key features with following cold calls.A strong and individual contact between the customer and NCAB Group with me as Key Account Manager in person is the aim.The further responsibilities are to have an eye on the developement of the idividual business with each customer and to identify points of enhancements.TANK GmbH + LPKF Laser & Electronics AG:Dynamische, strukturierte, professionelle Lösungsfindung für Aufgabenstellungen im Sondermaschinenbau mit lösungs- und kundenorientierter Arbeitsweise.- Schweißen, Heißprägen, Nieten- Erfahrung in der Luftfahrt-, Automobil-, Nutzfahrzeug- un Rüstungsindustrie, sowie deren Zulieferern und den damit verbundenen Anforderungen, Normen und Vorschriften.Ein sehr gutes technisches Verständnis, eigenverantwortliches Handeln und Denken, lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten im Team, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit.
