Data transformation and the integration and optimization of processes is part of my work since the first day of my professional career: As a student I started developing databases for data integration, developed a universal payment format for an international bank harmonizing more than 100 different payment formats in one single XML structure and sucessfully finished my first SAP Data migration from a Unix/Adabas legacy system into SAP R/3 using SAP direct input! Within my further consulting career I always worked on projects combining technical data transformation with process optimizations.After nearly 20 years it's still my passion to move the boundaries of data transformation to new limits! :) At cbs I’m leading our global landscape transformation practice: Together with our customers we take care for all needs of data transformations in and to SAP using customer centric project approaches.With our combination of process and data knowledge out of one hand we make the changes to new processes and systems as smooth as possible.Being part of the SAP S/4HANA® Selective Data Transition Engagement we are one out of 4 companies worldwide helping customers to move to SAP S/4HANA® using a third, more flexible option next to classical new implementation or system conversion – approach me if you want to learn more about our s.m.a.r.t. approach.
