Generated several material cost management initiatives to shrink overhead expenses.Key Achievements: Served as Plant Liaison with team members for minivan programs in development; performed root-cause analysis for front-end alignment issues and performed vehicle drive audit testing. Implemented a key fix for a sway bar bushing resulting in warranty reduction from 7c/1000 to just 5c/1000; performed lead-pull testing to help reduce warranty.
