Oversaw site acquisition, due diligence, entitlement, permitting, construction and lease-up of Class"A" apartment projects in southern, central and northern California. Primarily responsible for entitlement approvals and construction oversight of garden-style, wrap and podium apartment projects.

Development and Construction oversight of more than 2.8 million square feet of new urban/infill, mixed-used projects, including but not limited to: a 5-Star Mandarin Oriental Hotel, 1200 mid-rise apartment units, 88 luxury condominiums, senior and ALF housing projects, retail, office development, a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course with country club, and an 80 acre transit-oriented, mixed-use University Village. All are located within South Florida's famed Treasure Coast and Gold Coast sub-markets.

Oversee design, development, construction, management and disposition of 1526 multifamily units, 110,000 SF of Office and 90,000 SF of Retail in mixed-use TOD projects valued over $1 Billion in the SF Bay Area region.

Site acquisition, development and construction of 5 High-Rise Residential and Mixed-Use Towers valued over $1 Billion in Los Angeles, Honolulu, San Francisco and Orange County, CA urban core markets.

Site acquisition, entitlement approvals and construction over 2,300 garden-style, mixed-use, and podium apartment units throughout southern California Class "A" markets

Oversee acquisition and development of Class "A" mixed-use podium projects in the greater Los Angeles area, including but not limited to Warner Center, Sherman Oaks, Studio City and Santa Monica, California sub-markets.

Entitlement Agent for William Lyon Homes, Lyon Apartment Communities, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Waste Management, and California Pacific Homes. Responsible for land due diligence, site planning, entitlements, tract map approvals, grading and building permits, public hearing presentations, utility coordination and neighborhood outreach.

Entitlement and Subdivision Map approvals for major master plan communities throughout Orange, Los Angeles, San Diego, and the Inland Empire for commercial, single-family and multi-family projects.
