This involved performing prototype builds on a pilot line to create and implement work instructions for assemblies, providing feedback to design engineering as part of a Change Control Board for the program, and identifying, procuring, and managing tools and equipment used in the production line. I played a large role in configuring multiple unmanned vehicle product lines and setting them up in the Product Lifecycle Management system and maintaining the configurations in the Enterprise Resource Planning system.

During my time at Novotech, I have been in charge of production, from generating work orders for production parts to pushing them through the floor, all the way to shipping and creating shipping documentation for optical products. In addition, I prioritize tasks for the manufacturing team, inspectors, and one other manufacturing engineer. I have also engineered solutions to production related issues during the manufacturing process and put in place organizational processes in order to facilitate the manufacturing process.

While at Lytron, I worked closely with the component engineering group. I helped collect data to improve the productivity of braze ovens, designed and verified test fixtures for various parts, and assisted component engineers with other various tasks including updating documentation and collecting data to be used for design input for new products.
