Main duties include:• Providing excellent customer service to customers and key stakeholders• Managing a high volume portfolio of fast-paced claims through building client confidence by developing rapport and listening to every client's case specifically• Validating claims with the application of indemnity and fraud knowledge with the use of internal systems and road traffic laws• Taking a methodical approach to each claim and working through the processes with each client• Liaising between internal teams and third-party teams, ensuring that all are updated to ensure the smooth and timely progression of claims

Main duties and Achievements:* Providing excellent customer service skills both written and verbally to customers and key stakeholders/ Third parties.* Within 7 months of being in my role I progressed to the litigation team dealing with cases but not limited to; with high debt and in the process of attending court. I demonstrated the ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures, and accurately record data and information for my team members.* Managing new starter tenancies ensuring they can sustain their tenancy by setting up payment plans and offering extra support if required.* The ability to challenge and influence our customers was key in order to help reduce debt, during my team at Guinness the debt was at its lowest point (pre-pandemic).

Customer service adviser dealing with with customers queries around their bank account('s). First point of contact to reset Pins, unblock cards and block cards if required. I then progressed to the budgetting side of the account where my role was to help customers budget their balance to ensure they pay all bills provided to Think Money.
